As part of this project we were very lucky to be able to buy a 3D printer for the school! This activity looked as 3D printing and Computer-aided design (CAD) and how it can be used to build 3D objects. In this activity, the class got to design their own name plates using CAD software and printer them in plastic using the 3D printer!
